Canadian based, the developers are the same builders responsible for the St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino and the Marriott St. Kitts Beach Club. Robert M. Coleman Partners Architects, AIA, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana have undertaken numerous residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

The Marriott Residences St. Kitts are designed with environmental stewardship in mind. We believe in promoting self-sustainability within the property site. We believe in supporting the green aspirations of the islands, their government, and their people. The project is as minimally invasive on the local ecology as is possible. The buildings and their footprints have been designed so as to complement, rather than dominate the surroundings.

The windows have been designed with the cooling ventilation of ocean winds in mind. Similarly, the architecture draws on Caribbean tradition, with shaded balconies to limit solar heat. The Marriott Residences have their own modern and efficient facilities for electrical supply, sewer and water, so as to maximize energy efficiency and minimize operating costs. They also have their own water desalination facility, promoting self-sustainability within the property site.
